Karnataka High Court has guided the state government to guarantee that no fights, parades or shows are held in Bengaluru by any gathering or association.
The high court was hearing a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) appeal started suo motu by the court in 2021.
The request will guarantee that no dissent, rally, parade, or show by any gathering, political or non-political are done in Bengaluru, besides at an assigned spot in Freedom Park, Gandhinagar.
